Our client, a multinational research organisation, requires a dynamic individual for their Clinical Research Associate Line Manager Role.

You will be required to:

• Resource client projects with highly motivated and suitably developed clinical research professionals, and to retain and develop these professionals within the organisation.
• Manage the performance, development and growth of CRA teams
• Promote new business by participating in project bids and client presentations as appropriate.
• Provide clinical consultation to project teams.

Skills:

• You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to manage & motivate your direct reports. Along with this you will need to have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (including experience in making presentations at conferences, meetings & training sessions).
• IT literacy is also a must have for this role - experience with Microsoft applications and general knowledge of PC functions.
• You will be a team player with outstanding negotiation & organizational skills; this requires you to be competent in written and oral English. Flexibility is needed with respect to work assignments, new learning and travel.
