| Job Description | Our client is looking for a Clinical Research Trials Project Manager for one of its sites in the North West London area. This is a long-term project and areas of responsibility include: project assessment and initiation, resource procurement and planning, project implementation, leading and motivating a cross-functional team, milestone planning and tracking, ensuring that projects are progressing according to quality standards, SOPs, ICH and/or other guidelines to fulfil local regulations. Successful candidates will already have experience of coordinating the clinical monitoring aspect of projects. Skills: Proven experience in coordinating clinical trials, Excellent organisational, diplomacy and team leadership skills, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, (including experience in making presentations). Client focused approach to work. Ability to manage multiple and varied tasks with enthusiasm, and prioritise workload with attention to detail. Willingness to work with multiple supervisors in a matrix environment, and to value the importance of teamwork. A team player with outstanding inter-personal, negotiation skills and organisational skills and who is able to take initiative and work independently.
