| Job Description | The neonatal unit has 18 cots, six of which are intensive care cots. The unit serves the local population and also takes emergency referrals from London and South East England. The neonatal unit provides care for pre-term and newborn babies requiring medical support. Babies who have conditions requiring surgery are transferred to specialist units at Great Ormond Street Hospital. The neonatal unit has a family-focused philosophy in which staff and parents work together in partnership to provide the highest standards of care. We actively encourage the promotion of developmentally supportive care in our working practice. |
| Qualifications | RGN RSCN with Paediatrics/ NICU / PICU/ Neonatal Nursing preferably withENB 405 ENB 998 or overseas RN equivalent |
