| Job Description | Senior recovery nurse required for central NHS London Hospital. The recovery serves a range of surgical specialities including gynaecology, orthopaedics, plastics, urology, vascular and ENT. Applicants should have a minimum of two years recovery experience using evidence based best practice for air way management, pain relief strategies and associated drug therapies for post operative patients. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will be expected, after an agreed adequate length induction period, manage shifts along with other senior staff members. You will have the opportunity to work with the pain team and participate in research trials. You will be offered the opportunity for both in-house and external training and courses as part of your career development. |
