| Job Description | As a member of the Renal and Urology Practice Development Team, you will be responsible for the development and training of all levels of nurses within the directorate. We are seeking an experienced practitioner to lead on the development of critical care skills within the field of Renal and Urology nursing. The successful applicant will provide a source of current specialist nursing information and educational knowledge and be responsible for the continuing development of staff within the unit. You will have a minimum of five years post registration experience, two of which will have been within a critical care setting. The ENB 134/136 and 998 (or overseas equivalent) are essential. You will be a highly motivated and articulate individual with good interpersonal and communication skills. You will be expected to take a leading role in the development of Trust wide strategies relating to education and training. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is essential.
