| Job Description | A post has arisen for a Sister/Charge Nurse with the knowledge of caring for people with cardiac and medical conditions including patients' pre and post cardiothoracic surgery. The post would suit an individual hoping to improve and develop their first line managerial skills, building on the budgetary requirements within the role. The applicant must be enthusiastic, approachable, and dynamic with the ability to lead, motivate a team, and act as a change agent. Flexibility and adaptability in shift patterns is an essential requirement to participate in the Nursing Administration rota and to meet the needs of the unit. |
| Qualifications | ENB 998 or equivalent overseas experience/qualification |
| Experience | 18 months experience in a Senior Staff Nurse position in a cardiothoracic ward environment |
