| Job Description | The Oncology Unit Charge Nurse must be able to work well as part of a multidisciplinary team and be able to demonstrate delivery of high standards of care, good negotiation and communication skills and be able to demonstrate sound managerial experience and practice. You will be expected to lead and participate in education, research based outcomes of care and clinical audit to ensure a quality of service. Would suit an RN with at least 2-3 years experience at a Senior Staff Nurse level. This position is available for an immediate start and with the added attraction of 12.5 hr shifts with 13 shifts per roster with only occasional night duty if required to cover sickness. |

| Experience | ENB 237, 998 or equivalent overseas training/qualification |
