| Job Description | You are RGN or ODP with min 2 yrs exp at a lower grade and relevant post-basic & teaching qualifications. ODP's should be a member of AODP. You must be able to use your initiative, have the ability to lead a team & manage under pressure and excellent organisational skills. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality patient care and for the supervision and development of all nurses, students and support workers within a designated clinical area of theatres. You will ensure the provision of a safe working environment & participate in the on-call rota. If you have an interest in ENT, we are committed to helping you develop professionally. |
